Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to my tos!

USD Payment through paypal, ko-fi or venmo, upfront only.
I have the right to refuse any commission.
I will share my progress with you as I work on your commission,
where you can give feedback!
You can always ask for updates as well.
TAT can go from 2 days to a few weeks, depending on the complexity.

Only use my finished work with credit, it must link back to me.
You do not have the rights to edit, remove watermark,
or trace my art once you commission it, and anything else in that realm.
If you plan on using my work for any commercial use
(advertising, merch, etc.) it will be a 5 dollar fee.
I will only refund if I am unable to work on it for whatever reason.

Please provide a clear description of what you want upfront, if possible. Also have references of characters/ocs you want
if you are looking for art of them.
Be patient with me, as I am not the best at communication
and may misinterpret things or get confused.
